The foot length is determined by the measurement in a straight line between the tip of your longest toe (either your big toe or in some people the second toe) and the back of your heel. The BetterFlipFlop is a sandal so the exact foot measurement can be within a half centimeter either way. It is generally better to go up a size if your measurement is half way between two consecutive sizes.

You can pay through your PayPal account or simply enter your credit card information after you choose the “Proceed to PayPal” option at the bottom of the checkout screen. This will take you to a secure PayPal screen where you can choose the “Don’t have a PayPal account” option. You will not need to create a PayPal account to proceed this way. The customer is responsible for return shipping. The product must be in original condition. Please refer to the return policy located at the bottom of the home page for more information.

BetterFlipFlop uses a third party service to ship your order. This service reserves the right to choose the best shipping channel to ship products and BetterFlipFlop reserves the right to change shippers and methods at any time. Generally shipping times are consistent within Canada. Standard is 5 business days, Expedited is 2-3 days, and Priority is overnight/next day. BetterFlipFlop is not responsible if there is any difference in shipping times.

Men’s and women’s sandals are the same product and the sizes overlap as the BetterFlipFlop is unisex. Please refer to the size charts for accurate sizing.
